Grammy & Grampa celebrate 47 years together!! WOW!

WOW!!! What a FANTASTIC night of celebrating my parents 47th Anniversary!! We welcomed them to the "Zydonis Zesty Palace" for a yummy dinner including filet mignon, baked regular & sweet potato, grilled asparagas, appetizers, and wedding cake for dessert. David & Kymi put on a play about the stories they love about Grammy & Grampa's life too. It was a hit!!

When I went for a trim yesterday I was telling the gal I had grown my hair out to donate at the same time as my friend Maggie, but, because mine had bleach, I couldn't. Well, she said I COULD!!! The donated hair that they can't use for the locks of love wigs they sell 2 other wig companies and use the $ for locks of love. So I said, "then take the 12 inches!!". What do you think? Ms. Tammy now has short hair too, yeah!!! Mr. Greg even noticed!

GLORY BE!!! Greg got a GREAT job!!!

YEA!!! God is so good!! Greg got a wonderful job at the Airforce Academy!! He starts Monday!! With this job he will have the opportunity to fly as well!! As always, God's timing and plan is perfect!! So, take time to celebrate with us...the goodness of God, oh how sweet!!!

Our Baby has turned FOUR!!!

Kymi is a big girl now...or so she declares!! We had the perfect "Fancy Nancy" (her favorite book character at the moment...and Greg says she's a tomboy! ha!!) all set to go and then Mama got a double whammy...sinus infection AND strep...needless to say, the party was postponed!! Grammy & Grampa saved the day though and still came 2 help celebrate (I guess they figured that they brought my diseased ridden body into the world they could face the germs...). I had prepared all the food in advance so they still had a nice meal with all Kymi's requests and strawberry fluff for dessert. There was dinner with lots of singing and praises heaped upon the birthday girl and then a rousing game of red light/green light. I can hardly believe my beautiful baby gilr is four years old already!!! "Thank you Jesus for the precious gift of our Kymi!! Bless the Mama who lovingly gave her to the family You meant for her to have!!"

WOW!!! What an awesome rally!! Sarah Palin is amazing!! She is bright, articulate...she TRULY loves her counrty and has committed her life to serve. I am so proud of her and her strength in the face of adversity...obviously she is seen as a threat...soon all will see whos leadership continues to thrive and whos turns to utter ruin (of course, that will be blamed on Bush!) I am thankful that God is still on the thrown and I will now get off my soapbox!!! Love 2 all!! xoxooxox

Our Home is Shappin' Up...

Hi ya'll! I am so addicted to facebook now that I have neglected all of you on the blog...sorry! Here is the update... Greg has got the house looking quite spiffy!! I will post b4 & after pics as soon as our new furnature gets delivered (Monday am I think...). He finished up the paint today in the living/dining room. I look forward to being able to unpack the rest of the boxes now and being all settled. We have a little birthday bash planned 4 Kymi on Tuesday evening...can u believe our baby girl will be 4 years old??? The time has flown by!!! Both kids are praying 4 a new baby brother (or sister) in earnest and we are praying too...me more than Greg probably. I just think there are so many kids out there who need a good, safe, loving home... Anyway...any ideas? We would love 2 hear them!! Can u tell which family member is which in M&M??? Probably pretty easy, huh!!!? That was sure fun to do!! ANway, Love 2 all and I promise 2 post sooner than later next time...
